Q.  Why does my remote access session keep disconnecting me?

A.  The remote access connection is configured to automatically disconnect inactive users after 30 minutes.

Q.  Is Java still required to connect to DENSO remotely?

A.  Java is NOT required for Internet Explorer.

Q.  What if after I login it tells me that my token is in new PIN mode, what do I do?

A.  We have created a help procedure for you to create a new PIN.

Q.  What if I have a Linux system?

A.  While NAITS cannot provide support for your Linux system, you should be able to connect from any Linux distribution.

Q.  I have Windows 10 and Remote Desktop stopped working?

A.  Windows 10 Anniversary update caused problem with launching Remote Desktop.  To fix, a registry edit must be made on your computer.  remote-desktop-fix
