Toshiaki Fujii

Toshiaki Fujii became head of Aftermarket Business Unit of DENSO Corporation in July 2011.  Fujii joined Nippondenso Co., LTD. (DENSO Corporation) in April 1978 after graduating from Osaka University with a BachelorŐs Degree in Economics.  His first assignment was Toyota Original Equipment Service (OES) sales and marketing at DENSO headquarters in Kariya, Aichi, Japan.

Since then he has been responsible for a wide range product sales and marketing from automotive parts to new non automotive business areas such as communication devices, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Automatic Data Capturing equipment (ADC).

In 2005 Fujii was assigned as a general manager of the Aftermarket Sales and Marketing department at DENSO headquarters.  His most recent position was president of DENSO Tokyo, a DENSO sales company, from April 2008 to June 2011.
