As of September 1, 2015

Google has ended support for NPAPI plugins which in this case includes Java.   At this time Google Chrome is not supported for connecting to remote access.   If you would like to read more about this change you can click this link.

Google Chrome support is slated for Q4 2015, until then please use Internet Explorer.
