Dear Global DENSO Associates,
We are facing a very difficult challenge globally, as more and more people are impacted by corona virus, COVID-19. The world economy is also taking a big hit, and you must be anxious in this unprecedented crisis. Even during these challenging days, I feel very proud to see DENSO associates worldwide coming together on various activities with speed and collaboration, in your own countries and position. I want to thank each of you.
Associates in every region have been touched by this pandemic, and I know many are worried about your health, and the health of your loved ones. Some of you are worrying about the production shut down of factory where you were working, or spending stressful
days in unusual and uncertain situation. I want to extend sympathy to all who have lost someone to COVID-19 or who have a loved one who is sick. I hope you are taking good care of yourselves. That is most important.
I promise that DENSO will take every epidemic preventive action in order to protect life and health of associates. You know, each of you are most important, above everything else. And, we will keep considering every measure to make sure we support you in regard to
physical safety and economic safety, depending on each regional situation.
The situation changes day by day, and we cannot predict when it will end. To stand before this unparalleled crisis, we need the combined effort of each other. I know you are anxious. It is a fearful time. Never be overconfident, please listen carefully to the information that your regional authorities and local companies provide, and take
action to ensure your health and safety and the safety of your families and neighbors. This is my sincerest request for each of you, DENSO’ s global team.
Even when you are struggling in this crisis, never forget, that you are not alone. I myself, and also all Global DENSO Team is with you. Keep communication with your families, friends and colleagues, and never forget that we can get through this together. Take action
to ensure your health and safety and the safety of your families and neighbors. Now is the time for 170,000 global DENSO associates to collaborate “SOU-CHI-SOU-RYOKU,” in true DENSO spirit, to overcome this threatening situation.
Let’ s think and take action what DENSO can do now, for the society that has been supporting our business. Take care of yourselves. Take care of your families and neighbors. And let’ s do everything we can to help our regions get through this crisis.
