DENSO Offers Two Hours NP/NP for Vaccination

DENSO continues to strongly encourage associates to receive the COVID-19 at their first opportunity. To make it even easier, the Company will now allow non-exempt associates to take up to two hours of no pay/no penalty time to receive a vaccination.

Associates will need to show a valid vaccine appointment notice to their chain of command prior to their appointment, as well as a vaccination card after the appointment to take NP/NP. Associates may also elect to take PTO to get a vaccination. 

As the vaccination rates rise and the spread of COVID-19 decreases, it is important to remain diligent – continue following the Five Core Actions and when possible, get the vaccination for a quicker path to herd immunity.
