Weekly COVID-19 Case Update

This week, we learned that seven (7) DIAM associates were diagnosed with COVID-19.

• One associate was last on site at DIAM Southfield DN1 on March 24, and reported symptoms on April 2.
• One associate was last on site at DIAM Southfield DN1-2 on March 30, and received a positive diagnosis on April 6.
• One associate was last on site at DENSO’s Texas Innovation & Connected Center in Plano on March 31, and received a positive diagnosis on April 7.
• Four (4) DIAM associates who were recently diagnosed have been working from home since March or earlier.

Following our guidelines, we have thoroughly cleaned and sanitized all areas where these associates had prolonged contact, including the common spaces in all buildings. Everyone who needs to quarantine due to close contact with this associate has been notified. Please respect confidentiality, even if you believe you know who these individuals are.

3 Ways to Access the DIAM Screening Survey

All associates are required to complete the COVID-19 Daily Screening Survey prior to every DIAM campus visit. Here’s how you can access:

• Survey Link: densomedia-na.com/coronavirus/survey/ (Note: if you are using the Outlook mobile app, you will need to download the Edge browser from the Company Portal in order to view this link). If you go to campus regularly – bookmark this link!
• DENSO Mobile: Go to com and create your account or login. Once you’re on DENSO Mobile, click on the scrolling graphic at the top of the app labeled “COVID-19 Screening Survey”.
• DENSO Online: Go to com and click on the “Coronavirus” section (password: denso2020). Find the survey under “Key Documents & Links”.

Weekly COVID-19 Case Update

At DENSO affiliates in North America, 32 positive COVID-19 diagnoses were reported this week. Throughout Canada, Mexico and the United States (U.S.), DENSO has reported 2,970 total positive diagnoses to date.

Overall, DENSO continues to be in a flattening phase for positive cases. However, further investigation into cases at DENSO facilities found that some internal cases were due to relaxing safety protocols. While we have identified and addressed areas of concern, we ask that associates continue to be strong and persistent in maintaining safety protocols in place at each facility: Wear masks, maintain social distancing, obey safety barriers in place, and follow facility screening procedures. COVID-19 Vaccine: Where Can I Sign Up to Get a Vaccine?

Eligibility for vaccination based on age, health conditions and work environment continues to expand! While we continue to work closely with local health departments to secure vaccination information and updates, please use all of your available resources to get vaccinated when you are eligible.

• The CDC has issued a helpful web site at www.vaccinefinder.org, which helps show locations that may have vaccine in stock near you, and links that will help you schedule appointments with those providers.
• For Michigan residents: You can also call Michigan’s COVID-19 hotline at 1-888-535-6136 to obtain help on finding a vaccine.
• If you are eligible to receive a vaccine, check the website of your local health department to find out their process for registration and/or application. For Michigan residents: You can do this via the State of Michigan by clicking here.
• If you’re eligible, you may be able to get an appointment with certain hospitals and pharmacies. For Michigan residents: Rite Aid, Meijer, and Walgreens have portals for scheduling appointments online.

In many states, the different systems don’t talk to one another. So when it’s your turn to get signed up for a shot, you may need to look for available appointments in all three of these separate streams, depending on your state.
