DIAM: Southfield Reopening Phase

The following is only applicable to associates who work on DIAM Southfield campus.

DIAM in Southfield will remain in Phase 1B (Work from Company only if necessary to increase value add) through Labor Day, Sept. 7.

This approach ensures that we are following the Governor’s reopening directions, and we continue to minimize the number of associates on campus. That helps keep those associates who need to work on site as safe as possible, by encouraging those who can add 100% value to continue working from home.

Campus Operations is working with DIAM Division Tops to confirm which associates are working from DIAM Southfield campus, their schedules and needs.  The schedule will be posted on DENSO Online in the Coronavirus section every Friday (password: denso2020).

New Work from Home Policy

North America Human Resources (NAHR) is finalizing a new regional Work From Home (WFH) policy. We will share that policy in August.

Campus Plan

North America Human Resources (NAHR) and Campus Operations are working together with DIAM leadership on a long-term campus plan that aligns with the new WFH policy. We’ll share more details on that later in August.
