Savvy Screening Tips

It was such a pleasure to see so many associates returning to work today! Here are a few tips for everyone to help screening run smoothly:

• Be Prepared: Before you join the screening line, please prepare your face covering, fast pass card and ID badge. Make sure you have hands free to remove headwear and pull down your mask for an accurate thermal reading.
• Wear Your Mask: Face coverings are required as you approach and join the screening line.
• Go Faster with a Fast Pass: Please bring your fast pass badge card with you daily! If you forget, you will need to stop and answer screening questions.
• Badge-Ready: Be ready to badge in at the associate turnstile when you join the screening line. Searching through your wallet, bag or pockets for your badge makes the line slow down for everyone.

As we return to mass manufacturing, we know many associates will have less time and more commitments. So, DMMI Communications will ramp up our usage of DENSO-TV and the Hub Intranet News Feed and move away from daily email/mobile updates. We will continue to send COVID-19 Task Force updates, especially related to safety and pay announcements, but these may not come every day.
