DENSO Mobile Pulse Survey Results
A couple of weeks ago, North America Human Resources distributed a survey on DENSO Mobile to understand how we can best support you in our ongoing communications and collective effort to put your health and well-being first. Thank you to all who took time to respond. We reviewed the responses and identified areas where many of you are having similar experiences or needs. The following outlines the most common themes, as well as actions to address each.

Increased stress due to COVID-19, new working conditions | ONGOING – Increased communication of Employee Assistance Program and benefits, and resources to manage stress and mental health |
Request more flexibility to work from home after COVID-19 | IN PROGRESS – NAHR is developing a regional work-from-home policy |
Concerns with safety and overall return to work plan | IN PROGRESS – Safety, Health & Env. (SHE) is developing a North America Risk Minimization Toolkit with core requirements to keep associates safe when they return to work. This will be shared with all associates week of May 4.
