Key Communications Available in Burmese
Thanks to our Burmese Resource Group (BRG), key communications will now be posted as audio or video recordings. In particular, we want to be sure that safety and pay information is available and accessible. Download yesterday’s pay announcement from DENSO Mobile or at www.densoonline.com. Under the COVID-19 page, you will need to enter password denso2020.
We will continue to partner with the BRG to increase communications to our Burmese associates; please continue to share them with associates who may benefit from these translated materials.
401(K) Loan Delay Now Available Through Empower
Associates with 401(k) loans are able to suspend their repayments through Empower Retirement. If payments were current on the loan prior to March 27, 2020, associates can opt in to delay repayments through December 31, 2020.
Eligibility for delayed repayment is detailed on DENSO Mobile. Associates may be eligible based on a COVID-19 diagnosis, quarantine or reduced work hours during the pandemic.
Following the end of the suspension period, loans will be reamoritized and extended. Remaining payments will be adjusted to reflect interest accrued during the suspension period and the loan period will be extended by the length of the suspension.
Details on how to suspend your 401(k) loan are in the Empower Retirement form on DENSO Mobile. The form is also available through empowermyretirement.com.
Associate FAQ: How is the $30 Daily On-Site Premium Paid to Associates?
Thanks to all associates who have been working on-site! We appreciate your patience as we process the $30 daily premium for all of you.
· Premiums are paid on regular payroll
· Premium will be listed as “Other” on your pay stub
· All associates who punched in on-site from 3/30-4/3 were paid the premium on the 4/10 pay check
· All associates who have punches from 4/6-4/19 will receive the premium on their 4/24 check
· Associates working this week will receive the premium on 5/8.
If you do not receive the premium for working on-site, please contact your supervisor.
