As we continue to communicate with associates and review responses to our COVID-19 Pulse Survey, we know that many of you are dealing with grief and disappointment. Adding this emotion to all that is brought on by this unprecedented time can be overwhelming. Following are some resources to help you cope:
In the unfortunate event a loved one passes, regular full-time and part-time associates are eligible for up to three consecutive days of paid absence as outlined in our bereavement policy; associates also can request PTO or take a leave of absence.
Remember, the DENSO Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides resources and support for many issues including mental health, family conflict, domestic violence and financial hardship.
