NA: Travel Policy Update
Our top priority is your safety. To ensure safety while allowing flexibility for routine work and customer requirements, domestic business travel to visit customers within the normal scope of your daily job, has changed from ABF Leader to Director level approval – effective Sept. 4, 2020.
This change only applies to domestic travel to customer locations that support your daily, routine work requirements. Domestic travel to any other non-DENSO companies still requires ABF Leader approval.
As a reminder, you may also complete the Travel Approval COVID-19 (extended term) form for a blanket approval of up to three (3) months. That means, if you travel frequently to a customer’s campus, you only have to complete the form and gain approvals once every three (3) months.
DENSO has been, and will continue to strictly follow all state and local government orders and safety protocols to minimize risks associated with COVID-19.
