NA: Travel Policy (updated May 15, 2020)
DENSO has been, and will continue to strictly follow all state and local government orders and safety protocols to minimize risks associated with COVID-19. Our top priority is your safety. Please see below/attached updated restrictions and what actions you need to take for business and/or personal travel.

Travel Policy: Addresses travel approval and requirements for business and personal travel.
International Travel:
- All international business travel is prohibited at this time.
- If you travel outside the country for personal reasons, you must inform your management and HR Team Member Solutions representative. You will need to follow a 14-day quarantine.
Domestic Travel:
- Domestic business travel is restricted to minimal levels. If domestic business travel is critical, you will need to get approval of your Affiliate, Business or Functional (ABF) Leadership.
- DENSO will follow state and local travel orders. Please confirm the state orders before you travel for personal or business.
Level by Country: DENSO’s travel advisory “Level” to utilize for our policy, based on information from the Centers for Disease Control and the State Department and from the DENSO companies at the country in question. All countries are a “Level 4 – do not travel” at this time.
Travel Form H: Needed in case international travel is business critical. Affiliate, Business or Functional (ABF) Leadership approval required. Click here to download the form.
