DIAM: Requirements for Going to DIAM Southfield Campus (as of April 13, 2020)
Michigan Gov. Whitmer has extended the Stay Home/Stay Safe order through April 30. That means no one should be on our campus, except associates who have to be on-site to do their jobs.
You may need additional files or material to continue to work from home. Below are instructions to allow for safe pickup of critical items, testing, and shipping and receiving requests on DIAM Southfield campus.
If you need to pick up something from DIAM’s Southfield campus:
- Talk to your director (or above) regarding what you need.
- Directors (or above) must fill out the Request for DIAM Campus Access form (attached)
- Directors must send the completed form to Gary Godin, and copy Denise Carlson by noon one (1) day before you plan to come to campus.
- No requests will be accepted on the weekends. If you need to come to campus on a Monday, the form must be submitted by noon the Friday before.
Note: There are additional requirements for Shipping & Receiving pickups – see below.
Requests to perform testing:
- Talk to your director (or above) regarding what you need.
- If you need to do any testing in TTS or other labs on campus, directors (or above) must get approval from Engineering Executives Pat Bassett or Kazuoki Matsugatani two (2) days before you plan to come to campus. Pat and Matsugatani-san are first-level approvers for all testing requests.
- If approved, directors (or above) must then fill out the Request for DIAM Campus Access form and send to Denise Carlson. Requests must be submitted to Denise by noon one (1) day before you plan to come to campus. Please keep this in mind when requesting test time with Pat or Matsugatani-san.
- Denise will work with each person/group individually to ensure proper documentation.
