As we continue adjusting and dealing with our new normal, many people are experiencing mental health issues, possibly for the first time. This is completely understandable and normal, especially in these uncertain times. Please know there are resources available to you.
Throughout the next few weeks, we’ll be addressing issues mentioned in response to our recent associate survey on COVID-19 activities. This week, we’re focusing on stress and/or the struggle with being isolated from others.
Remember, the DENSO Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides resources and support for many issues including mental health, family conflict, domestic violence and financial hardship.
