What DENSO in North America is doing

We have formed two North American Coronavirus Task Forces, and they are working with leaders at all group companies, as well as DENSO headquarters in Japan.

One task force is dedicated to maintaining associate health and safety, and the second task force is focused on business continuity.

We’ve also put measures in place to help keep you safe in the workplace. We’ll continue to modify these as this situation evolves.

• The Facilities team at each company is increasing the frequency and scope of sanitizing our campuses, including wiping down copiers, elevator doors and buttons, meeting rooms, door handles, etc. They are using sanitizing products recommended by the CDC for coronavirus.
• Keeping a supply of sanitizing wipes at every coffee station and common area. These wipes have been identified by the Environmental Protection Agency as Registered Antimicrobial Products for Use Against Novel Coronavirus.

Working with the DENSO Family Health Center (DFHC) at DENSO in Maryville, Tenn. to do phone screenings for the coronavirus for those who have self-quarantined or exhibited symptoms or been diagnosed with the illness. Please call 1-865-724-2334.
