Manufacturing Month: New to Manufacturing

Our celebration of Manufacturing Month continues with a discussion with employees who are new to the manufacturing industry. Patrick Rybak, Matthew Cagle, Matthew Montgomery and Noa Sanchez have all been with DENSO and in the manufacturing space for less than three years (in Noa’s case, just four months!) and shared with us how their career paths led them to where they are now.

The group discussed how even though many people think manufacturing is dirty, dull and does not offer chances for advancement, that misconception isn’t true at all. In fact, Matthew Cagle said he sees a “very bright future ahead [at DENSO], and lots opportunity for advancement.”

Noa also shared how he switched paths in college after seeing the opportunities industrial engineering can provide – like creating safety technologies at DENSO!
