Breaking Your Tobacco Habit is a four-week program designed to encourage tobacco cessation. You will develop an understanding of tobacco cessation principles, set personal goals, and learn practical skills for behavior change.
The lessons and activities in this four-week program build on each other in order to give you the necessary tools to make long-term behavior changes.
Begin the program by attending the first lesson via an on-demand webinar. After completing the requirements for this lesson within seven days, you may move on to the next lesson. At the end of each lesson, you may take a quiz assessing your understanding of the lesson’s information. You must pass the quiz with a score of 70 or above to move forward.
