LONG BEACH, Calif. – DENSO Products and Services Americas, Inc., an affiliate of leading global automotive supplier DENSO Corp., is adding nine camshaft and crankshaft position sensor part numbers to its line of First Time Fit engine management sensors. The new “cam and crank” sensor part numbers are available April 1 and cover 1995 to 2012 Hyundai and Kia models.
The expanded camshaft and crankshaft position sensor line increases DENSO’s coverage to more than 168 million cars and light-duty trucks on the road today. All units meet or exceed new vehicle manufacturer standards.
DENSO produces both magnetic resistant element (MRE) and magnetic pick-up (MPU) type camshaft and crankshaft sensors. DENSO’s unique design ensures these components are extremely accurate for precision monitoring and superior ignition system timing.
In addition to camshaft and crankshaft position sensors, DENSO’s engine management products include mass air flow sensors, coolant temperature sensors and manifold absolute pressure sensors. These and other replacement parts for managing today’s state-of-the-art engine systems – ignition wire sets, relays, fuel injectors and more – are featured in DENSO’s First Time Fit Engine Management Catalog.
The interactive digital catalog makes it easy for customers to quickly locate the part they need. The catalog can also be downloaded as a PDF. Information on all lines of DENSO auto parts is available at retail stores, wholesale distributors and www.densoautoparts.com.
