Nhi Pham is the Director of Software Engineering for the PG3-Cockpit Systems 4 at DENSO International America, Inc. (DIAM) located in Southfield, Michigan. Pham oversees software development and develops department visions and strategies to deliver commitments and be a leader in the industry.
Pham first joined DIAM in 2000 as a Software Engineer where he developed software for General Motors BCM Modules. He was later appointed to Team Leader in 2009. In 2011, he was named Manager of Graphics Software Development and was then promoted in 2014 to Senior Manager of Graphics Software Development. In 2015, Pham was appointed as Senior Manager of Software Development for the Ford Clusters before assuming his current position in 2019.
Pham earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and later earned a Master of Software Engineering at The University of Michigan in Dearborn, Michigan.
