Stacy Gallucci is senior manager of North American Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity & Inclusion at DENSO International America, Inc. (DIAM). Located in Southfield, Michigan, she is responsible for leading, developing and executing all talent acquisition strategies for North America. Gallucci is also responsible for representing DENSO on the Global Diversity & Inclusion Committee, ensuring that regional strategies align to create a culture of inclusion and diversity in the workforce.
Prior to working at DENSO, Gallucci was director of Human Resources (HR) at OneMain Financial, where she served as a lead member of the Merger and Acquisition Project responsible for establishing, implementing and managing strategy related to talent acquisition, HR information systems, payroll solutions and the HR solution center.
Before OneMain, Gallucci worked for Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America, Inc., as manager of HR. She was responsible for establishing, implementing and measuring outcomes of strategic programs and operations for talent acquisition, HR information systems and HR division strategic planning. Gallucci also managed HR organizational development for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana..
Gallucci earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts at University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana in 1997. She has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification and a Change Management Certification.
Gallucci is a member of Inforum, an organization aimed at accelerating careers for women and boost talent initiatives for companies. She is also a member of Society of Women Engineers (SWE), National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Lampion Center Board and Society for Human Resources Management. Gallucci served as a member of the University of Evansville Alumni Board for two terms and currently serves on the Southwest Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
