DMMI President, Kevin Carson will be joined by a panel of DMMI leaders as well as Dr. Neal Gogan from the DENSO Family Health Center.

Part-Time Associate PTO Policy Change
Depending on their schedule, part-time associates may been challenged by the policy of using PTO in half hour increments. This policy will be temporarily changed for part-time associates to allow PTO to be taken in quarter hour (.25) increments. Please continue to communicate with your supervisor directly about PTO requests.
Let’s Hear It for the Mask Makers!
It is our pleasure to thank and recognize some members of the DENSO family who are using time away from the plant to give back to the community! In response to our request to hear from DMMI mask makers, we got news from so many generous and creative associates.
DMMI is expecting a large shipment of commercially-made masks, but to fill the gap, we were able to gather enough to ensure all on-site associates who need one are covered. In addition, our hearts were so touched to hear from associates making hundreds, or even THOUSANDS of masks to donate to frontline healthcare professionals and other essential workers.
Let’s hear it for the mask makers—you make us so proud!
